摘要
目的探讨皮下注射低分子肝素钠治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效与安全性。方法选择96例不稳定型心绞痛患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果低分子肝素钠治疗不稳定型心绞痛总有效率明显高于常规治疗组。结论低分子肝素钠治疗不稳定型心绞痛效果好,相对安全。
