大负荷游泳训练对机体免疫系统与血清睾酮与皮质醇之间关系影响研究

A Research on Heavy Load Swim Training on the Relationship between Rats' Immune System and Serum Testosterone and Cortisol

对大负荷游泳训练下机体免疫系统、血清睾酮与皮质醇等生理生化指标的变化以及免疫系统与血清睾酮、皮质醇之间关系进行了研究,结果表明:1)各项免疫指标及睾酮、皮质醇指标对大负荷训练的应答反应程度不相同,应用少数指标进行评定会有很大的局限性,应将各指标进行综合分析,评定机能状态;2)从各指标的变化规律来看,大运动量训练周期前或中等负荷训练后,T/C比值能够反映出机体的免疫水平,可用T/C比值作为机体免疫水平的衡量指标,但大负荷训练之后,T/C比值无法再反映机体的免疫水平,必须测定免疫指标来评定免疫水平。

To observe the change of the physiological and biochemical indexes such as immune system,serum testosterone and corisol of rats after heavy load swim training and the relationship between them.It is found that: 1) the degrees of response of immune index,testosterone and the indexes of cortisol are not at the same level.It should have integrative measurement on the indexes to evaluate the function for the limit of few indexes.2) To observe the change of these indexes,it is found that the ratio of T/C can ref...
