摘要
为了准确地检测出环境中邻苯二甲酸酯类环境激素,以微波萃取和气相色谱法测定底泥中的6种邻苯二甲酸酯类环境激素.利用正交试验确定了微波优化萃取条件:萃取剂为丙酮/正己烷(体积比为1:1),萃取时间为15 min,萃取压力为0.2 MPa,萃取功率为70%.用气相色谱法测定6种邻苯二甲酸酯类物质,峰面积对浓度线性回归,线性范围为1~500 mg/L,相关系数大于0.99,最低检出限为0.40~4.58 mg/L,精密度为5.9%~12.3%,回收率为60%~120%.利用该方法对2个公园水环境底泥中的6种邻苯二甲酸酯进行检测,结果表明:DMP、DEP、DIBP、DBP、BBP和DEHP均有不同程度的检出,其中,每克土壤中BBP分别为250.6μg和281.2μg,每克土壤中DEHP分别为259.9μg和170.3μg.
