The Automatic Control Design of Folder Pre-position System

为了实现折页机预置系统的自动控制,基于PC-PLC模式建立了以PC机为上位机、数台PLC为下位机的小型集成控制系统.PC机实现折页模式的预置及系统管理工作,PLC根据上位机的指令控制步进电机完成折页单元的设置与调整.开发的控制系统通过了现场调试,实现了折页模式的预置及折页单元的自动控制功能.
