摘要
研究一点红黄酮的分离提纯及其清除1,1-二苯基-2-苦基苯肼自由基(DPPH·)和羟基自由基(·OH)作用。经乙醇回流提取、聚酰胺柱层析分离提纯得到一点红黄酮;采用薄层层析对其进行定性分析;采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定其清除DPPH·和·OH的能力。结果表明,一点红黄酮清除DPPH·和·OH的IC50分别是4.8×10-3、0.53mg/ml,说明它具有清除DPPH·和·OH的作用。
The total flavonoids of Emilia sonchifolia were extracted by ethanol refluxing and separated by polyurethane column, and their scavenging activities to 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH·) and hydroxyl radicals were measured by spectrophotometry.
