摘要
目的对基层医疗供方评估工具(简化版)〔primary care assessment tool_provider survey(short ver-sion),PCAT_PS〕进行信度和效度评价。方法对2002-2008年在北京市全科医学培训中心参加全科医师骨干培训的202名学员进行调查,选用同质性信度和结构效度对PCAT_PS进行信度和效度评价。结果PCAT_PS除了胜任文化背景的能力这个因子外,其他因子的克朗巴赫α均超过0.6。PCAT_PS结构分析表明,除了协调性:信息系统(COIS)因子的COIS1因子的载荷无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余条目在相应因子上的载荷均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。拟合优度指数(GFI)和拟合指数(CFI)均低于0.9,可能与某些条目设置不合理有关。结论由于文化背景、经济水平等与国外有较大差异,个别条目内容不完全适合我国国情,要在以后的研究中不断加以修订。
