为提高城镇职工医疗保险基金的使用效率,扩大个人账户的利用范围,本研究在文献研究的基础上,通过对江苏省部分地区城镇职工医疗保险的调查和比较分析,结合国内个人账户运行的实证,探讨建立与社区卫生服务接轨的门诊统筹管理模式的必要性和可行性。
