摘要 脑利钠肽作为具有广泛生理效应的肽类激素,在全身和局部均发挥重要的调节作用。本文对脑利钠肽在神经内分泌系统中的作用及其对心肌重构的影响做一综述。 Brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),a peptide hormone with extensive physiological effects,plays an important regulating role locally and generally.In this paper we review the roles of BNP in neuroendocrine system and its influence on myocardial remodeling.
