摘要
目的探讨磁共振血管成像(MRA)在食管胃底静脉曲张形态学评估中的应用价值。方法选择21例肝硬化食管胃底静脉曲张患者,在联合介入治疗前后行MRA检查,检测门静脉系统解剖形态变化,并与间接门静脉造影(IPVG)和胃镜检查结果比较。结果MRA对门静脉、脾静脉、肠系膜上静脉、胃左静脉的显影质量与IPVG比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前后门静脉平均直径〔(1.23±0.06)cm和(1.22±0.05)cm〕间差异无统计学意义(t=1.09,P>0.05)。治疗前门静脉直径与食管静脉曲张直径呈正相关(r=0.8019,P<0.01)。结论MRA能较好地显示门静脉系统解剖影像。
