真菌感染398例菌种鉴定及药敏试验

Identification of Bacteria and Drug Sensitive Tests of Fungal Infections:Report of 398 Cases

目的了解医院感染中真菌感染情况,指导临床合理使用抗真菌药物,预防和控制真菌感染的发生。方法对398例真菌感染患者临床分离的398株真菌进行微生物学鉴定和药敏试验。结果来自呼吸道的标本真菌感染最多,其中来自痰219株,咽拭子41株,其次为来自泌尿道的尿液标本,为85株。真菌感染中,白假丝酵母菌最多,为234株,占58.8%。结论对于真菌感染要重视病原学检测,合理使用抗真菌药物,制定有效的预防和控制措施是减少真菌感染的关键。

Objectives To contribute the knowledge of hospital fungal infections to guide rational use of antifungal agents,prevention and control of the occurrence of fungal infections.Methods Micro-biological assay and drug sensitive test were performed on 398 strains of clinical separated fungus.Results Most fungal infections were in respiratory tracts(216 strains in sputum,41 in throat swab),and then in urine specimens of urinary tracts(85 strains).Candida albicans were the most in fungal infection(234 strains),acc...
