气管内神经鞘瘤一例报告并文献复习

Clinical Analysis of Tracheal Neurilemmoma:Description of One Case and Review of the Literature

目的提高对气管-支气管内神经鞘瘤的临床认识。方法报道1例气管内神经鞘瘤,并结合国内外报道的31例气管内神经鞘瘤的临床资料进行分析。结果气管内神经鞘瘤主要表现为呼吸困难,也可有咳嗽、咯血或阻塞性肺不张,易误诊为哮喘。胸部CT、支气管镜检查是诊断气管内神经鞘瘤的主要手段,组织病理学检查结果是确诊依据。治疗可根据肿瘤部位、大小以及患者状态选择手术或气管镜下切除。结论对支气管扩张剂治疗效果不好的呼吸困难患者应注意气管内肿瘤的可能,气管镜下冷冻切除是治疗气管内神经鞘瘤的一种有效方法。

Objective To analyze the clinical manifestations of tracheal neurilemmoma in order to improve the diagnosis of this rare disease.Methods One case of tracheal neurilemmoma was reported.The clinical features of other thirty-one cases from the literature were reviewed.Results The most common presentation of tracheal neurilemmoma is progressive dyspnea.cough,hemoptysis,and obstructive atelectasis were also reported.Some of the reported neurilemmomas were misdiagnosed as asthma.chest CT,and fiberoptic bronchosco...
