北京市月坛社区老年期抑郁障碍社区干预效果分析

Effectiveness of Community Intervention on Elderly Depressive Disorders in Beijing Yuetan Community

目的分析老年期抑郁障碍的社区干预效果。方法利用老年抑郁量表筛查出月坛社区84名老年期抑郁障碍患者,进行6个月的社区干预(常规干预和心理干预)后分析干预效果。结果社区干预后,84名老年人的老年抑郁量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表、生活质量简易量表、家庭功能评估量表、社会支持评定量表评分分别为(13.0±5.0)、(8.7±6.4)、(18.7±4.0)、(4.8±2.6)、(27.1±7.0)分,与干预前评分〔(15.0±4.0)、(10.6±6.7)、(17.9±3.3)、(4.1±2.0)、(25.1±5.1)分〕比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经过社区干预后,老年期抑郁障碍患者的抑郁症状缓解,生活质量提高。
