摘要
目的了解医务人员洗手行为的依从性以及洗手执行率。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷并结合现场观察洗手过程的方法,随机调查门诊不同科室(中医科、眼科、内科、外科、皮肤科、五官科、妇科、封闭室)医务人员洗手知识的知晓情况及其洗手执行率。结果90%的医务人员接受过洗手知识的培训;30%的医务人员未掌握洗手的六步法,认为洗手时间越长越好。医务人员不能按规范洗手的原因:工作忙,医疗护理优先;只要未接触患者的分泌物、排泄物等,手还是清洁的;认为医疗物品的污染或其他因素是造成患者感染的主要原因。不同科室的医务人员接触患者前、后洗手执行率间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001);同一科室的医务人员接触患者后的洗手执行率与接触患者前比较,差异亦均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医务人员洗手执行率不高,要提高其对洗手的认识,规范洗手行为,确保洗手到位,有效降低医院内感染的发生。
