摘要
针对多媒体资源库中图像斑点噪声产生的原因,本文提出一种新的斑点噪声抑制算法:将小波提升方案与Directionlet变换相结合,利用改进的小波软阈值算法对图像变换域进行局部去噪。仿真实验表明,该算法能够有效去除斑点噪声,较完整地保持图像中的边缘和理纹细节信息,取得了良好的视觉效果。
