在城市规划编制体系不断完善的情况下,城市规划的执行已成为当前最重要的问题。本文首先阐述了城市规划执行情况评价的现实意义,然后在提出指标体系构建原则的基础上,重点论述了由总体状态系统、公共服务系统、市政交通系统、城市生态系统、城市社会系统等5个子系统以及24个指标构成的城市规划执行情况评价指标体系,最后简要介绍了评价方法。
