摘要
肌苷在食品和医药方面具有重要的研究意义,它可以治疗血小板减少症等病症和作为食品呈味剂的原料。肌苷生产菌在其整个生长过程中可以分为延滞期,指数期,稳定期和衰亡期四个阶段。通过对种子发酵液OD值的测定,可以确定菌体所处的生长时期的最佳时间,即处于对数生长期。OD值是光的吸收度,OD值越大,说明对光的吸收率也越大,菌体也越多。本实验主要通过L18(37)正交实验设计对发酵培养基中腺嘌呤、蛋白胨、氯化钠、尿素、玉米浆、葡萄糖、酵母膏等发酵条件进行优化,从而确定最佳发酵条件。试验结果显示:培养基为蛋白胨1.0%、腺嘌呤0.025%、葡萄糖2.2%、酵母膏1.4%、尿素0.8%、氯化钠0.25%、玉米浆1.5%,发酵8小时肌苷菌活性最好,肌苷产量最高。
