外资进入中国房地产市场所带来的风险及危害是难以预计的,而试图通过简化和放宽有关手续的方式来为外资进入房地产市场松绑,进而增加FDI,实在是得不偿失。
The risk and harm brought by foreign investment’s entering Chinese real-estate market is unpredictable.The loss would overweigh the gain if we try to free foreign investment in entering our real-estate market through simplified and relaxed procedures in order to increase FDI.
