摘要
目的:建立一点红总生物碱的含量测定方法,测定不同采收期一点红中总生物碱含量,考察一点红原药材质量的优劣。方法:利用单因素法考察最佳提取条件,采用紫外可见分光光度法,以苦参碱为对照品,于414nm波长处测定生物碱含量。结果:苦参碱在0.0021～0.0294mg/ml范围内呈良好线性关系(R2=0.9997),平均加样回收率为97.6%,RSD为0.447%(n=6)。样品的总生物碱含量在4.31～13.99mg/g之间,八月为最佳采收期,其样品中总生物碱含量最高。结论:本法测定,重复性较好,对仪器要求不高,准确可靠,可用于一点红质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for determing total alkaloids content in Emilia sonchifolia and then determine its best harvesting time. Methods: The optimum extraction conditions were confirmed by single factor tests, and with matrine as standard, total alkaloids content was determined at the wavelength of 414 nm by UV-visible spectrophotometry.
