口服补液对40%血容量失血大鼠胃组织缺血性损伤的作用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨口服葡萄糖-电解质液对失血量达40%的大鼠胃组织缺血性损伤的影响。方法选择72只雄性SD大鼠,用氯胺酮-速眠新Ⅱ肌肉注射复合麻醉后行右颈动脉插管。将大鼠随机分为口服葡萄糖-电解质液组(S组,24只)、失血性休克组(H组,24只)和失血性休克口服葡萄糖-电解质液组(H+GES组,24只),各组又根据失血时间分为2 h、4 h和24 h3个亚组(各8只)。S组大鼠不放血,仅右颈动脉插管25 min后拔管,术后口服葡萄糖-电解质液;H组和H+GES组大鼠按全身血容量的40%分两次间隔15 min放血,制作失血性休克模型。H+GES组大鼠于失血后0.5、1、6 h分3次给予3倍失血量的葡萄糖-电解质液灌胃。用激光多普勒血流仪测定各组大鼠失血后2、4、24 h的胃组织血流量,然后处死动物取胃组织检测Na+-K+-ATP酶活性和胃组织含水率,并做病理学检查。结果失血后不同时间点,H组和H+GES组大鼠胃黏膜血流量、Na-K-ATP酶活性、胃组织含水率与S组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);且失血后不同时间点,H+GES组大鼠上述各指标与H组大鼠比较,差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。失血后24 h病理检查显示,H+GES组大鼠胃组织水肿和充血改变较H组大鼠明显减轻。结论口服葡萄糖-电解质液能显著增加早期失血性休克大鼠胃黏膜血流量和Na+-K+-ATP酶活性,减轻胃组织水肿和缺血性损伤。 Objective To investigate the effects of oral rehydration(OR) with glucose electrolyte solution(GES) on ischemia injury in gastric tissue in rats with 40% blood volume loss.Methods SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups:group S(without hemorrhage,OR,n=24),group H(with hemorrhagic shock,no OR,n=24) and group H+GES(with hemorrhagic shock,OR,n=24).And each group were randomized into 3 subgroups:2-hour group,4-hour and 24-hour(n=8,respectively) according bleeding time.Group S were not bloodletted,only cannu...
