摘要
目的探讨锁骨固定带防治乳腺癌根治术后腋窝皮下积液的临床效果。方法选择2007年7月—2008年7月我院收治的41例行乳腺癌手术患者作为观察组,2006年6月—2007年6月收治的45例行乳腺癌手术患者作为对照组。观察组患者采用锁骨固定带加压包扎,对照组患者采用常规纱布绷带加棉垫加压包扎,同时患侧上肢取内收位。对比两组患者腋下切口愈合情况及切口疼痛程度。结果两组患者腋下切口愈合情况间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但切口疼痛程度间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论乳腺癌根治术后应用锁骨固定带能促进切口的愈合,防治腋窝皮下积液的产生。
