本文在"链式模型"的基础上,融入了企业家的作用和创新支撑系统,提出了企业自主创新的过程模式。创新决策、创新资源投入、创新实施、创新实现和创新管理构成了企业创新的内围活动,而这些活动的顺利实现都需要有企业的财务支撑和文化支撑,因此,财务和文化支撑(统称为创新支撑)构成了企业创新的外围活动。因此,本文从创新决策能力、创新资源投入能力、创新实施能力、创新实现能力、创新管理能力和创新支撑能力六个方面构建了企业自主创新能力评价指标体系。
