Objective To study the alkaloid structures of stemona japonica Miq.Methods Some stemona alkaloids were isolated by reduced pressure chromatography.Their structures were identified by various spectral analysis (IR、MS, 1HNMR, 13 CNMR, 1H- 1HCOSY,NOESY) as well as chemical reaction.Results Three stemona alkaloids,named didehydrostemonine,stemonine,didehydroprotostemonine were isolated.Conclusion Didehydrostemonine is a new alkaloid and the didehydroprotostemonine isolated from the roots of s.
