摘要
对 2 5例四肢主要血管损伤处理体会 ,根据伤情采用对端吻合 ,血管修补或自体静脉移植重建血循环 ,成功率92 % ,2例截肢 ,无死亡。提示早期诊断 ,早期正确处理是关键 ,并就这方面的经验 。
This paper reports the experience in the management of major vessel injuries of extremities.End-to-end anastomosis,vessel repair,and autogenous venous graft were used to rebuild blood circulation according to wound extent.The successful rate was 92 %,two cases were ampulated,and no death occurred.It is suggested that early diagnosis and proper management is the key,and experience and lessons were analysed and summerized.
