建立符合素质教育要求的高师教育课程体系,需要改变高师课程学科本位的弊端,重新塑造高师学生作为未来中小学教师的形象;必须明确未来教师既是教育的对象,又是教育的主体,把他们塑造成"完整人"、"文化人"和"创造人"。

To establish a curriculum system in normal colleges to carry out quality-oriented education, we are required to change the course-based education into molding the image of students as future teachers in primary and middle schools. We must make it clear that future teachers are objects as well as subjects of education. Therefore, we should mold their images as integral person', cultured person' and creative person'.
