Intellectual Tradition of the West—A Course Designed for English Majors

我国正在进行的高等教育改革使教学重心逐步由培养单一专业技能型人才向“复合型”人才转移。为达到这一目的 ,高校许多专业开始注意增加相关课程设置 ,扩展学生知识结构 ,探讨针对英语专业学生开设的“西方思想传统”课的特点、要求和课程设计 ,讨论中西思想传统在四个主要领域的重大差异以及中西文化的现代冲突焦点在思想传统领域的表现 ,同时 ,依据英语专业的特定要求和需要 。
