摘要
网络教育是教育信息化的必然产物,受到越来越多国家政府的关注和支持。随着世界网络教育的发展,网络教育的产业属性日益凸现。网络教育的产业属性和我国国情决定了我国网络教育的发展可以走产业化之路。我国网络教育产业化要从投资主体的多元化、教育产权的分离、服务意识的树立等方面进行运作,并要解决好国家政策的扶持和相应法律法规的保障、现代远程教育技术指标和规范的建设、教育质量的论证和评价等问题。
The Web-based education is a necessary product of education informationization and it is receiving attention and support from more and more governments over the world. With the development of the world Web-based education, its features of industrialization are becoming increasingly obvious. The industrial features of Web-based education and the conditions of our country determine that Web-based education in China can be industrialized. Attention must paid to the multiplicity of investors, separation of education from property ownership, and the establishment of the mentality of serving the learners in the operation of the industrialization. Other issues to be solved include the support of State policy and laws;construction of modern distance-learning technological index and norms;demonstration and evaluation of education quality.
