摘要
外语教师在探索如何激发和强化第二语言课堂上学习者动机的途径和方法时,应当既考虑到学习者的个体差异,不同的归因风格,又要顾及教师本身的情感因素对学习者学习动机的强化作用。教师应当充分发挥其中介作用,注重教学手段的多样化,有效控制学习任务的难度,以使学习者达到"最佳唤醒状态",与此同时,还应当积极提供信息性的反馈,以最终强化学习者内在和外在的外语学习动机。
Whether or not the foreign language learning is successful depends on many factors, among which the learner motivation is considered to be one of the most relevant. This paper attempts to provide a general introduction of the motivation theory in Second Language Acquisition and tries to study the most effective method of stimulating the learner's motivation. More emphasis is put on the teacher role in enhancing learner motivation.
