摘要
各种技术动作都包括两个组成部分:一是外部的肌肉动作,一是心理或意识活动。心理或意识活动对各种外部肌肉动作的支配,是以完整的运动知觉为基础的,如果离开知觉基础,外部的肌肉动作就会成为自发性的,它的活动就会失去稳定性和协调性。因而在体育教学过程中,教师不能只注意通过技能练习训练学生的外部肌肉,更应了解体育教学过程中学生的知觉特点,通过运动知觉的训练方法,教会学生用心理调节的手段,通过思维和知觉完成准确、迅速的判断,对动作进行合理的调节。
