摘要
用超声心动描记技术测定了20名全国健美操比赛运动员和20普通大学生安静时和卧位蹬车负荷运动中的心功能(其中每组男、女生各10名),负荷分别为50w、100w、1500w,每级负荷3min,结果表明,运动员组左心室舒张末期直径、每博量及心输出量均高于对照组,在150w时尤为明显,提示健美操运动可增强心功能。
Use the ultrasonic heart move depiction technic to survey 20 collisthenic sportsmen and 20 common students who are quiet and horizontal bike movent in different loaded 50w, 100w, 1500w, every degree loaded 3min. In result the sportsment s heart diastole, each adopt and heart blood sent out are equal higher than the common students. All these showed that callisthenics can strenghen heart function.
