本着研究自制使挤压筒立足省内 ,降低成本为目的。通过研究、探索、实践 ,经生产使用证明 ,基本接近国外制造、组装的技术水平。本文就挤压筒的选材、设计计算、组装。

Extruding cylinder in the imported looot extruder is badly worn out due to extensive operation under high temperature and high pressure. In order to save maintenance cost, the new cylinder for replacement is manufactured locally and proved to be close to the technical specification of imported parts. The material, design, assembly and other major technical issues are presented.
