在回转窑内衬当由最薄弱环节就是风咀浇注料。在高温生产过程中极易引起脱落 ,寿命一般在 4个月左右。影响着回转窑的正常生产及整体浇注料的使用寿命。通过分析 ,得出在严格控制施工质量的条件下 ,要有效延长风咀浇注料的使用寿命 ,选择合适风咀浇注形状是前提 ,合理的锚钩形状尺寸布局是关键 。

Tuyer castings of rotary kiln is easy to collapse during high-temperature operation process and usually has a liftime of about 4 months only. In order to extend the lifetime of tuyere castings, the shape and demension of components particulary that of anchor bolt should be selected correctly along with proper adjustment of technology.
