摘要
为了探讨新型化学益生剂甘露聚糖-寡糖(mannanoligosaccharides,MOS)对家畜肠道致病菌的去粘附作用及免疫调节作用的机制,进行了断奶仔猪的饲养试验,试验选用了三元杂交断奶仔猪[(长白X大约)]杜32头,随机对半分成对照组和处理组;处理组在常规日粮中拌入Bio-MOS(2g/kg饲料),试验期30天。结果表明,断乳仔猪添加 Bio-MOS,可明显提高仔猪的日增重(p< 0. 105),降低腹泻发生率(p< 0.05),提高机体的细胞免疫和体液免疫水平,增强非特异性免疫力。
For the sake of prebing into the mechanisms of detachment role of new probiotics Bio-MOS in preventing enteric pathogen colo- nization, a feeding trial was conducted in weanling pigs. In the trial 32 three-way-crossbred weanling pigs were used and divided into two groups- control and treatment.
