山东部分鸡致病性大肠杆菌菌株抗药性测试

A Test on Drug-Resistance of Some Pathogenic E. coli Stains from shandong Province

用２４株致病性大肠杆菌（Ｅ．ｃｏｌｉ），对２１种药敏试纸进行抗药性测试。结果表明２４株Ｅ．ｃｏｌｉ抗药性相当严重，每种药物的敏感性也有差异。 ２１种药物只有 ２种药最敏感， ８种药完全不敏感，其余 １１种药也只对 ３－ ８个菌株产生高度敏感， １－９个菌株产生中度敏感，对８－１９个菌株产生完全不敏感。

A drug-sensitivity test to 21 drugr (paper disc) was made with 24 chicken pathogenic E. coli strains. The result demonstrated that the 24 E. coli strains had serious resistance to the drugs and the bacteriostasis ranges were different between the dings. of the 21 brugs, only 2 drugs had the high basteriostasis and widest ranges, while 8 drugs had no bacteriostasis, other 11 drugs had high bacteriostasis just to 3 -8 strains, medium action to 1-9 strains, but no effect to 8 - 19 strains.
