The Development of the Concepts of Biocatalyst and Enzyme

摘要 回顾了酶的研究历史 .综述了各种新兴“酶” ,特别是酶性RNA和酶性DNA的研究进展 .对各种“酶”与生物催化剂的概念的归属问题进行了探讨 . The research history of enzyme and the research progress of all kinds of new “enzymes”, especially the research progress of ribozyme and deoxyribozyme are reviewed. In addition, the problem of how to classify all kinds of “enzymes”and biocatalysts is discussed.
