Methods for the Assessment of Plant Species Diversity in Complex Agricultural Landscapes: Guidelines for Data Collection and Analysis from the PLEC Biodiversity Advisory Group (PLEC-BAG)

农业生物多样性已成为国际关注的热点领域之一。本文根据郭辉军等中国专家提出的农业生物多样性评价 (AgrobiodiversityAssessment,ABA)方法为基础 ,提出了景观水平农业生物多样性评价相关术语、基本用词的定义 (表 1 ) ,一系列用于搜集PLEC植物物种多样性核心资料的基本原理 (表 2 )与实用指南 (表 3、 4 ) ,以及资料分析与报告指南 (图 1～ 4 ) ,以指导全球环境基金 /联合国环境署 /联合国大学PLEC项目计划 2 0多个国家的研究。图表可于实地调查时用于搜集及分析核心资料 ;这些资料最终将会包括于PLEC物种多样性数据库。正文则提供辅助的咨询解释。研究组人员在搜集核心资料前必须首先熟悉示范点一般情况 ;搜集核心资料必须依据地块类型分层取样(stratifiedsampling) (表 1 ,2 )。样方调查强调在物种丰富的土地类型取样、重复样区 (sampleareas)、固定样地内搜集资料、以及在恰当的时间间隔后重新测量此样地以观察在农业生物多样性中很重要的时间变化 (表 2 )。实用指南则强调挑选样区的准则、样区的重复数目、样地大小、应记录的资料种类、以及取样频率 (表 4 )。分析上的指导则包括计算样区间物种结构相似度的简易运算方法 (图 2 )以及物种 -面积曲线 (species -areacurves)和丰富度与多样性曲线
