两种琵甲幼虫营养成分的测定和分析初报

First Record of the Nutritional Components of the Two Species of the Genus Blaps-Larvae

经测定 ,弯齿琵甲BlapsfemaralisFischer-Waldheim幼虫身体含水分 5 6 .7% ,干体含粗蛋白 5 0 .4% ,粗脂肪占2 3.2 % ;已知蛋白质含 18种氨基酸 ,其总量百分比为 46 .76 % ,其中必需氨基酸占氨基酸总量 (E % )的 5 0 .38% ,必需氨基酸与非必需氨基酸之比 (E/N)为 1.0 2 ,E/T为 3.36 ;尖尾琵甲Blapsacuminata身体水分 5 8.7% ,干体含粗蛋白 5 3.72 % ,粗脂肪2 0 .5 % ,含有 18种氨基酸 ,总氨基酸含量百分比为 41.45 % ,E %为 5 1.0 7% ,E/N为 1.0 4,E/T为 3.4;两种琵甲幼虫的氨基酸指标均高于 1973年FAO规定的蛋白参考模式。与黄粉虫、蝇蛆粉、中华稻蝗、鱼粉相比 ,弯齿琵甲幼虫各项营养成分指标相对较高 ,属于理想的昆虫蛋白营养源。

Results indicate that the moisture content, crude protein and crude fat of the larvae of Blaps femoralis are 56.7%, 50.4%,23.2%, respectively. The larva contains 18 kinds of amino acid, the total amino acid is 46.76, essential amino acid (E) accounts for 50.38% of total amino acid, E/N is 1.02(N is not essential amino acid content). The moisture content, crude protein and crude fat of the Blaps acuminata larve are 58.7%, 33.72%,20.5%, respectively. The larvae contains 18 kinds of amino acid ...
