经对弯齿琵甲BlapsfemoralisFischer -Waldheim ,184 4成虫的氨基酸进行分析 ,共测定出 18种氨基酸 ,氨基酸总量占 54.76 % ,其中必需氨基酸占 4 8.39% ;以蛋氨酸 (Met)的含量最为丰富 ,占氨基酸总量的 14.14% ,此外 ,甘氨酸 (Gly)、谷氨酸 (Glu)和亮氨酸 (Leu)的含量也较高 ,分别为 5.90 3%、5.50 8%和5.374 %。将弯齿琵甲的氨基酸指标与几种营养源相比较 ,其优势明显。

The amino acid of Blaps femoralis Fischer-Waldheim ,1844(adult) are determined in the paper. The result suggests that the percentage of total amino acid is 54.76%.18 kinds of amino acids are determined, in which 48.39% is essential amino acid and 14.14% Met (77.42mg/g), the most amino acid. In additional, the contents of Gly (5.903%), Glu (5.508%) and Leu(5.347%) are also relatively high.
