摘要
提出了当前国有企业在人力资源管理上存在的主要问题。并从观念意识的转变、管理职能和方法的改变两方面,阐述了改善国有企业人力资源管理现状和吸引并留住人才的方法对策。
The main problems of state - owned enterprises human resource management are put forward. From two aspects of ideology transformation and management functions and ways transformation, the ways and countermeasure of how to improve the human resource management and how to attract and retain talent for state - owned enterprises are discussed.
