不同采收期对高要产广藿香挥发油成分的影响

Influence of different collection time to constituents of uolatile oil of herba pogostemonis collected from gao yao county

目的 :了解不同采收期对广霍香产量 ,含油率与挥发油成分的影响。方法 :应用GC/MS联用技术分析比较不同采收期对高要广藿香的产量 (平均单株干重 )、含油率以及茎和叶中 1 4个主要成分含量的影响。结果 :随生长期的增长 (从移栽当年 7月翌年 4月 )产量逐渐增加 ,以 1 1月份采收其全株含油率较高 ,叶油中广藿香酮以 7月和 9月最高 ,以后逐渐降低 ,广藿香醇含量则以 9月、1 0月和 1 1月较高 ,其它月份相对较低 ;茎油中 ,广藿香酮含量在 7月、1 0月和1月为高峰期 ,以 1 1月最低 ,广藿香醇含量全年变化不显著 ,以 1 1月份之后含量较高。其它成分未显示其变化规律性。结论 :如以挥发油含量作为质量评价指标 ,则以 1 1月采收较为合适 ,与传统采收期相符。
