The Construction of Real Time Flood information System of NFCCS in Jiangsu Province

江苏省实时水情信息系统是按国家防汛指挥系统的总体设计建设的水情信息综合处理子系统。系统采用大型关系数据库和ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ等多项先进技术，初步展示了国家防汛指挥系统的先进性，并在抗御 １９９９年太湖及长江下游地区超历史大洪水中发挥了积极的作用。

Real time flood information system in Jiangsu Province is a sub-system of information processing according to the design of the National Flood Control and Command System (NFCCS). Due to new techniques,such as RDBMS,Intemet and so on,employed in the NFCCS, iiis showingits advance and played an active role for fighting the largest flood at the Yangtze River and the Taihu Lake in 1999.
