User Account Oriented Prepaid System in Campus Network

计费管理是校园网管理中一个重要方面，采用基于代理服务器的计费方法，可以面向用户进行计费，且能避免面向ＩＰ计费存在的一些问题。由于校园网用户帐号数量大，先使用后收费的方法存在收费困难、用户无法控制自己费用等一些问题，解决这些问题的一种有效方法是预收费，即根据用户预交金额，控制用户使用的总流量。本文介绍了ＮＴ平台下在基于代理服务器面向帐号计费的基础上，实现预收费管理的方法，较详细地阐述这种方法的原理、系统设计和实现。
