首先针对网络中心办公的特点，指出开发网络中心综合业务办公系统的必要性和重要性，然后简要介绍了我们基于Ｌｏｔｕｓ Ｎｏｔｅｓ开发的网络中心综合业务办公系统的功能和设计特点，最后介绍该系统的使用情况。

Integrated management system is both essential and important for Network Center. This paper gives a brief introduction on the design and development of an integrated management system for Network Center based on Lotus Notes,and continues with the function and character of the system,and ends with a usage report of the applied system.
