摘要
科技进步速度的测算方法主要有两类:数学模型法和指标法。应用较常用的数学模型法和指标法在测算科技进步速度时都有较难解决的问题,已有的DEA方法也仅限于生产过程中相对有效的评价单元,本文在前人研究成果的基础上,探索一种测算科技进步速度的新方法。
The methods for calculating the progressive rate of science and technology include two kinds: mathematical model method and index system method. There are many difficulties in using the usual mathematical model method and index system method. The existing DEA method can only used the units that are relatively effective in their production process. On the base of former research achievements, this paper presents a new method for calculating the progressive rate of science and technology.
