摘要
本文在分析当前国防系统分析问题的基础上，讨论有关国防系统的复杂开放的巨系统特征，简短介绍了综合集成分析技术，并针对国防系统分析复杂巨系统的内在特点，探讨了国防系统综合集成分析技术的理论框架。
In this paper. First, we study defend system analysis actuality. Also about discuss complex and open gigantic system character. Another we Shortly introduce meta synthesize. In allusion to inherence characteristic of national defend system, discuss theory frame of meta synthesize of national defend. Finally we present construct measure of national system.
