摘要
现代企业系统是复杂系统，现代企业系统及其组织管理的复杂性决定于企业系统自身构成的复杂性、企业系统外部环境的复杂性和人对企业系统认识上的局限性。现代企业系统及其组织管理的复杂性可以通过构建一定的指标体系和采用一定的方法进行度量。
A modern enterprise system is a complex one. The complexity of modern enterprise system and its organizational management is determined by the complexity of enterprise systems themselves, the complexity of enterprise environments, and human cognitive limitation to enterprise system. The complexity of modem enterprise systems and organizational management can be measured through establishing certain index system an adopting certain method.
