摘要
本文将侧钻水平井钻井施工决策过程按工序的不同分为侧钻点选择、开窗方式选择和造斜方式选择三个决策阶段，在此基础上，本文提出了侧钻水平井钻井过程各阶段的风险分析和评价方法，以及钻井过程总风险的估计和分析方法，这将为工程设计人员对侧钻水平井钻井工程设计和领导进行科学决策提供科学依据。
The paper divided the decision process of drilling engineering to sidelong-drilled horizontal well to choice sidelong-drilled point, mode of opening windows,way of dip angle drilling well, on the basis of which, the paper presented the methods of risk analysis and economic evaluation to drilling engineering of sidelong-drilled horizontal well This will provide scientific decision basis for engineering designer and leadership drilling engineering of sidelong-drilled horizoned well.
