摘要
林可霉素发酵受多种因素的影响。选择最佳发酵条件是确定生产工艺的必要步骤。本试验采用优选学方法,合理安排试验,确定了合适的发酵条件,使林可霉素产量提高24%,同时节约了试验时间和工作量。是优化方法在微生物发酵中的成功应用。
The fermentation of lincomycin was influenced by-many factor such as strains etl, to select suitable condition of fermentation is important to the production of lincomycin. In this paper we apply the optimization method to set up tests. After that we have got a fermentation condition which is over 24% higher then that of the contrast group in output of lincomycin. Besides, it can save time and cost.
