摘要
从分析电子商务的特点、电子商务与企业信息系统的联系与区别入手，主要侧重从应用、工程组织等方面来讨论电子商务的发展对企业信息化的分析和组织方法上所带来的变化．
From analyzing the characteristics of Electronic Business(EB), and the relationship between EB and enterprise information systems, the paper discuss the changes of analysis and organizing methods for enterprise information systems with the development of EB.
