摘要
通过对一个民工因举报雇主公司施工质量违法而出名前后际遇的组织行为分析, 提出加强政府激励使优秀民工能够成为建设工程质量管理人材以提高我国建设工程质量 和建设施工队伍素质的对策。
By studying the organizations behaviorals on a peasant-odd-jobber s experience who exposed his employer s breaking the law on constructing quality and well-known then, presents the tactics on enhance the quality of construction engineering and the character of members of constructing enterprises of our country based upon strengthen the government urge so that excellent peasant-odd-jobber can be engaged in a management job.
