摘要
文章从分析石油企业发展电子商务的内外环境入手,初步探讨了我国石油企业电子商务的战略选择、系统构造等。作者认为,石油企业电子商务面临的主要问题是:领导者的“意识”问题、电子商务安全与支付问题、物流与配送问题、商家信誉问题、经营管理问题。而要发展石油企业电子商务,最根本的问题在于领导者的“意识”问题。本文提出了石油企业改革后电子商务建立与发展的若干对策,希望能为中国石油企业电子商务的成长提供有益的参考。
This paper discusses the principle. strategic choice and the system structure of e-commerce. This discussion is based on analyzing the environment of e-commerce development in petroleum enterprises of our country.
